The Boavista II Thermal Power Plant

Boavista II is the only floating thermal power plant built to date in Spain using a gas turbine generator.
The barge was transported to Luanda, where it was installed in 2011.
Maintenance, technical assistance and the necessary inspections have been provided in successive years until the end of the contract.

Objective of the project

To provide 42MW of additional electricity to the city of Luanda.
It included the operation and maintenance of the thermal power plant in the barge supplied for 24 months
